Hurontario Street Tree Wraps

Request for proposals

Hurontario Street Tree Wraps are back!

Last winter artists Michael Simon, Marisa Gallemit and Taline Jirian created The Liefeline Project which paid tribute to diversity, resilience and a sense of community in Mississauga by connecting 52 pyramidal oak trees along Hurontario Street using rainbow-bright coloured rope. This year, the arts community is asked to submit proposals for artistic tree wraps which celebrate Canada's 150th anniversary of Confederation.

Deadline for proposals: Monday, September 5th, 2016 by 4 p.m. EST
