in partnership with Mississauga Recreation

Join us at Mississauga Celebration Square's Amphitheatre for free outdoor fitness classes that are suitable for all fitness levels and abilities! All Fresh Air Fitness classes will incorporate injury and/or accessibility modifications for everyone to join in the fun!

Stretch & Tone - 6:30pm to 7:15pm
This class combines a variety of styles, from athletic to fusion, to focus on muscle toning, flexibility, balance, and breathing.

Mindful Movement - 7:45pm to 8:30pm
In this class, experience a combination of movement and focus inspired from yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and meditation in a flow that will leave you feeling length, strength and balance.

Fresh Air Fitness will have participant capacity of 20 people to ensure safe social distancing in the Amphitheatre. The Amphitheatre is a concrete and tiered venue; classes being offered are suitable for this environment.

Registration is required and opens 7 days before the Class. Fitness zones are assigned on a first come first serve basis. Walk up participation will be accommodated if space permits. Reservations will be released 10 minutes after the class start time.

Please note that face coverings are required when entering and exiting the Amphitheatre, but may be removed during the class.

The Amphitheatre offers accessible seating. If you require specific accommodations, please call 311 at least 48 hours in advance of the class to make the request.

Outdoor classes are weather permitting, please check social media for event updates.
