I Don't Belong (2020)

Artist Statement

Have you ever felt like you were meant for a different reality? This film explores the life of someone who's unsure of the purpose of her beating heart, and her unfinished venture of finding "home".

I have been in the professional photography field for 5 years, and still going! For photography, I am mostly known for creating digital manipulations with my photographs. As for film, I mainly focus on mental health and real experiences. The main reason I got into this field was the idea of connecting all people. I highly believe that everyone is connected, and I represent this belief into my work heavily. I enjoy mostly having the creative freedom and exploration that comes with being a part of this art form, where I can myself feel free and where my yearning for exploration is not hindered. Part of my goal, is for others to feel the same, in whichever way. Everyone.
