The motto of the event is to educate people about the benefits of Halal Food and its increasing demand across all of Canada. During the event, our food stalls are from various restaurants that focus and have originated from the cultures right from the Middle-East and South-Asian countries. Other stalls, that add to the interest of the people to display ethnic specialties in clothing and jewelry and handicrafts.

Moreover, there are several special performances by local and celebrity artists taking place during the course of this event. The Mississauga Halal Food Festival is the only of its kind in the GTA, held at the iconic Mississauga Celebration Square, showcases the very best in Halal Food. A true global celebration, the festival aims to provide a mainstream platform that help business growth and enables communities to engage and access the fast-growing Halal Food demands here in Mississauga and GTA.
